Happy Birthday, Brother Rich Alden!
Today, we wish a very Happy Birthday to Brother Rich Alden, a dedicated member of Blessed Sacrament Council 5322 and a faithful servant of St. John Vianney Parish.
Rich previously served our Council as Recorder and Webmaster. When I, Trung Nguyen, stepped into these roles, Rich generously shared his knowledge, trained me, and helped ensure a smooth transition. I will always be grateful for his guidance and consider him a valued mentor.
Rich remains an active and dependable Brother Knight. He regularly participates in Council activities and willingly volunteers whenever help is needed—from our Parish Breakfasts and Annual Fireworks Booth to the recent Parish Festival. His generous spirit reflects the Knights of Columbus principles of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity.
Rich and his wife, Elizabeth, are also devoted members of St. John Vianney Parish. Rich serves as an usher at the 8:00 a.m. Mass, helping the liturgy and collections run smoothly. He also serves as an editor for Built on the Rock, the St. John Vianney Parish magazine. Elizabeth serves as the parish’s Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion Coordinator, helping organize this important ministry.
Despite their many responsibilities, Rich and Elizabeth remain devoted to their family and always make quality time for their loved ones—especially their grandbaby.
Rich, thank you for your mentorship, friendship, leadership, and faithful service to our Council and parish. May God bless you with good health, happiness, and many more joyful years surrounded by your family and friends.

A Joyful Celebration of Faith, Culture, and Community — SJV Parish Festival
What a wonderful Parish Festival! Our St. John Vianney community came together to enjoy delicious food provided by various ministries, lively entertainment, and the fellowship that makes our parish so special.
The celebration featured Zumba Dancers, Cultural/Traditional Carnavalera, FAA Grove Society, the SJV School Choir, United Martial Arts Academy, a Magic Show, Tonatzin Dancers, and the Hawaiian performance “He Mele No Lilo.”
Thank you to every performer for sharing your talents and bringing joy to the festivities!
